Thank you for being a part of the Liberty County Workforce Academy.  From the list below, please select the grade sheets for the course you teach and download them.  Also, please download important information regarding grade time lines and details regarding completion of grade sheets.  Please follow these details because they are based on how information must be reported to our high school partners.

If there are errors, corrections, or additions to be made please contact Shirley with this information.  If your grade sheets are not yet available, they soon will be.  There may be sheets that have no names which means there are no students from that particular school.  Print the sheets you need and disregard the others.

These grade sheets are necessary for submitting grade information to the academy staff in a timely manner.  The grade sheets can be sent by e-mail to ssisk@daytonisd.net or faxed to 936-257-4047 attn:  Shirley Sisk
